2. Business Model (Print-on-Demand)

OMN 11 operates on a Print-on-Demand (POD) model.

All products are made to order after a customer places an order
We do not hold ready inventory for most products
Each product is custom-produced specifically for the customer

Because of this:

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started
Slight variations in print, color, or placement may occur and are not considered defects

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or accessing the website under parental/guardian supervision
By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete
OMN 11 reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or block accounts if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and other supported methods
Prices may change without prior notice, but the price at the time of purchase will be honored

5. Order Processing & Shipping

Since all products are made to order, processing may take 2–4 business days before shipment
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day

Estimated Delivery Time:

Pan India: 5–10 business days (after dispatch)

Delays may occur due to logistics issues, production delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once an order is shipped:

We are not responsible for courier delays
We are not liable for incorrect addresses provided by customers
Risk of loss transfers upon delivery

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns & Refunds:

We follow a strict no-return policy due to the made-to-order nature of our products
Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged during transit, subject to valid proof (as per our Return & Refund Policy)

Cancellations:

Orders can only be canceled before production begins
Once production starts, cancellations are not allowed

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website—including logos, designs, text, graphics, and images—is the property of OMN 11.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

8. User Conduct

Delays caused by production or logistics partners

Misuse of products
Minor variations due to the Print-on-Demand process

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India
